NCFE is a charity and put the learners at the forefront of its thinking. Having worked within education for the past 8 years, my role is to identify, help and transition new customers to NCFE CACHE. Through a curriculum consultation, I can help align your curriculum with learners at its heart, linking into the new OFSTED EIF and also relevant funded courses to make it commercially viable. We aim to equip providers with the flexible tools needed to be able to deliver high quality, impactful training / learning by giving you the ability to have a flexible curriculum that suits your learners needs. I have forged partnerships with local networks, helping update and inform about the latest developments in education i.e. the impact of the Functional Skills Reform, T-Levels etc. I have presented at these networks and also presented at several prime consortia meetings, updating the subcontractor network on changes and how best to be prepared for them as well as delivering training around the new EIF and Functional skills.

Headed up assessment and developed new assessment system in line with local authority demands. Lead Year 6 and helped raise standards by introducing processes and allowing teachers to own their data. Supported interim head teacher through transition and headed up PE. Responsible for the pupil premium budget and making sure it was spent with maximum impact to disadvantaged learners needs.

Working in the largest primary school in Tower Hamlets (over 1,100 pupils) it has a diverse, unique group of teachers and children - over 50 separate languages are spoken within it. I was hired in a Year 4 class for my NQT year. Promoted to manager of that year group in the following year, I was then placed on the Senior Leadership Team in my 3rd year. I developed great links with industry, organising programming to be taught by RBS computer partners and financial lessons disguised and taught PFEG. My main focus was maintaining a caring and nurturing attitude to allow the children to develop to the best of their ability. Being in one of the poorest areas of London, it was very important for children to have routine, structure and overall a family environment where they could feel safe to express themselves and learn. As part of my management role and position on SLT - I managed 2 NQT teachers and a Teach First Student. All 3 successfully, completed their training and went to work in the school. I headed up assessment for the phase and was responsible for the quality of work and teaching standards of the year 3/4 phase.In terms of management, I lead a team of 16 (Teachers, TA's and other support staff) in lower KS2 with the overarching responsibility of 180 children.

Returning from travelling, and having been very satisfied with my services previously, I was asked to rejoin the digital agency I worked for in October to recruit further roles.

Having completed my assignment I travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Laos. It was an amazing experince.

I was hired by a digital web agency to look at headhunting a front end developer for their team.The agency is well known in Manchester and after a working out of the offices of the company. A candidate was successfully placed and 2 other key individuals identified as recruitment targets of the future.

I went to South America, where I worked as a volunteer in an orphanage in Argentina, and also travelled in Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador I returned to the Uk in October for a few months to see friends and, having secured a short term contract to raise funds for my second leg of travelling.

Quantica Interim specialised in recruitment for the Food and FMCG industry. Part of Quantica Search and Selection, the division was set up to focus on interim roles from middle management to MD. I was chosen to head up the division. Team rapidly grew, by embedding and enhancing close relationships, and quickly became a leading name in the sector. We worked with blue-chips such as of Heinz, PepsiCo, Arla, Premier Foods, Uniq, Britvic, United Biscuits, amongst others.
