Developed and launched a program that helps companies meet D&I goals through training in communications and engagement of employees and customers who have disabilities. Trained more than 7000 staff of businesses and organizations, including Siemens Corporation, Discover Financial, Baxter Healthcare, Shedd Aquarium, Art Institute of Chicago and Synchrony Financial. 99% of program participants would recommend the training to other businesses.Designed a communications and marketing campaign for a major public transportation company to reach key customers by creating and executing a digital marketing campaign and customized online training that taught people with disabilities how to use public transportation. The instructional videos have been watched more than 14,000 times, the training workshops have reached more than 3,000 current and potential customers, and the social media campaign has more than doubled online engagement.

I convinced the premier documentary film production company in Chicago to take me and my project idea on. Together we co-produced a national PBS documentary on autism. True story: I got the rights to use a John Lennon song that had never before been allowed to be used, by finding my way directly to Yoko Ono. The film won 12 awards including Best Documentary, reached 3 million viewers in its first broadcast, and is now used educate healthcare practitioners.

When the public television station lost its project manager during the middle of production for a two-million dollar national business series about Fortune 500 CEOs, I stepped into the role, quickly learning the operations of both WTTW and its client, the Society for Human Resource Management, a 250,000-member global human resources professional association. I took over all program operational, scheduling and marketing demands for the remainder of that season. I was asked back to take on the next and final season of the program, CEO EXCHANGE, during which I created and delivered website and advertising design and content for the client and its national production partner Businessweek.
