Implement the change management solutions for transitioning end-users from existing technology to new systems and implementing associated advanced operational concepts. Develop capture strategies for these and parallel markets. Accomplishments:• Successfully planned and supported the execution of Phase I of the Generation-3 biosensor procurement, the single largest PCR performance assessment ever executed, which generated the most robust dataset to date for the currently deployed BioWatch Assay system in addition to the two candidate systems. The ultimate adoption of Gen-3 by the Public Health officials in deployed jurisdictions rests on the performance confidence conveyed by this and the Phase II dataset.
