This centre was smaller of the 2 that I worked (see below) so I quickly became well rounded in all of the duties.-I was the shipping expert and senior retail consultant, in which I ordered all the retail, printing and shipping supplies in which I was also in charge of a detailed inventory of.-I worked at front counter, not only as an order-taker, but as knowledgable sales associate who was able to determine the needs of the customer by finding out what he/she needed, and presenting them with the best products for them to use. What had one been known to me as order-taking, was now something more as I began to start asking questions about their project, up-selling them in every way possible with premium paper stocks, adding awareness to the customer about our services by suggesting the addition of oversized printing, binding, or anything I think they needed, and throwing in some potential retail stationary products.-I was in charge of generating daily leads for our account manger to follow up with.-Depending on the month of time of year, I would be responsible for opening the store, or closing it, ore sometimes both.-Quite frequently I would take on the role as Project-Coordinator, which would mean the management of all customer inquiries, as well as preparing documents for production, running some of the jobs as the production operator, in which I would fulfill all the duties I described in the list of duties as a production operator at the University location (see in below listed job at the Fedex Office location), sometimes as well as ALSO being the project co-ordinator as I mentioned earlier, was due to the fact the there were only 3 of us at a time working at the location. At this centre, I highly motivated my team to work towards meeting our monthly budget, In which I dominated in up-selling retail and Pack and ship products. And by showing my confidence in selling the product to customers, my teammates would be encouraged to do the same by my example.

Started as a front counter customer consultant in which:-I was an order taker.-I preflighted all materials for production.-I consulted with the project co-ordinator to find turn-around times for each job inputed for the customer.-Assisted customers with some of the self-serve equipment such as the self-serve copying and printing.- Handled cash transactions in both front counter and self serve stations.-Assisted with the cleaning and maintenance of the equipmentEventually, as a production team-member,I ran all production on my shift which included:-Printing and binding of materials using cerlox, wire or coil such as legal documents, calendars, books, student projects-Printing business cards, postcards, menues, booklets, which required the finishing by means of operating a hydraulic cutter.-Printing and trimming oversized posters.-Jumping in quite frequently to assist front counter with order-taking as well as shipping, which would include the preparation of shipping labels and packing the product to be ready for the Fedex delivery people to pick up.
