Oversaw the development and implementation of annual marketing plans that exceeded budgeted goals in 2016, 2015, and 2014 and increased all leads by 55% and membership sales by 26%.Managed and created content for the company website, social media platforms, email marketing, print collateral, SMS programming, and onsite marketing. Worked with sales to map the customer journey and craft relevant stories for each part of the sales process to move leads to the next stage of the funnel. Recruited, trained and managed aquatic staff of 9. Oversaw facilities with a 4 pool complex used by over 1000 patrons per month.
