In co-founding Beachside VR - a hospitality management company - our goal was simple: to generate higher income for our investors and offer them expert, seamless end-to-end service. In less than two years of operations, our portfolio has expanded to nearly 300 properties - from homes and condos to boutique hotels and resorts. I’m a jack-of-all-trades at Beachside VR and enjoy taking a hands-on approach, digging into various aspects of our organization, and working with our team to ensure we stay on the front foot. Most often, I find myself experimenting with and implementing software technologies and leading our strategic marketing initiatives.By prioritizing ways to maximize value for both property owners and guests, we’re continuing to innovate not only in Cocoa Beach, but in the larger industry.

As product owner, my focus was to maximize the value of Vintory's proptech software offerings. I worked with our partners, stakeholders, and development team to align on a road map and keep production moving forward. During my time as the product owner, I had the opportunity to work on multiple software products from conception to release and support. Some products I worked on are an online rental estimator, pro-forma generator, property data list builder, skip tracing solution, cold email sending platform, rental outreach automation software, postcard designer, and a sales CRM.

In this role, my focus was on how to improve and expand Vintory's service offerings and move the company away from an agency model and towards a self-service model. This included researching, developing, and strategizing ways to generate new leads for property managers, source short-term rental data, and design useful tools for their sales and marketing efforts.

As a partner success manager, I worked with vacation rental managers of all stages to help grow their property management inventory. This was done through targeted direct mail outreach, digital marketing, and cold email. In addition to managing and designing marketing campaigns for 30+ property managers, I also trained and assisted users with the Vintory CRM sales automation platform.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

On demand staffing and recruiting mobile app geared toward hospitality, light industrial, and medical industries. I was responsible for new market growth and generated sales leads through prospecting and cold calling. Both in person, over the phone, and online. I preformed demonstrations both in-person and online and ultimately assisted in the development and growth of a new geographic market for Hire Scene.

Furnished apartment and vacation rental cleaning company. Helped launch the company and was involved in everything including marketing, bookkeeping, business development, customer success, and operations.

Luxury short-term corporate accommodations company. Helped grow the company by 300%. Streamlined operations by implementing automation, outsourcing, and standardizing best practices in an online knowledge base.
