Within this role I will be the direct link between the sales team, admin and the Learner Enrolment Officers. I will deal with clients directly via email, phone and in person to book in clients to go through their Enrolment process as well as getting them set up with any requirements for online, for working books as well as any assessor contact which they may require. This is a new role for me and I am looking forward to seeing how I will adapt to this and broaden my skills in other areas.

Within this role I would link up directly with both the sales team and admin tea following on from sales leads which had been generated to getting them through the Enrolment process and back to our admin team. This role required a lot of one on one personal contact with new, existing and long standing clients as well as helping to generate new business. This role also required myself to travel across various points of Yorkshire to meet such clients. By being part of this role even though it was only for 4 months it meant that I was able to develop my own customer service skills as well as my knowledge surrounding the contracts, paperwork and the ins and outs of the qualifications themselves which maybe more in depth than with my previous sales roles.

General Duties including restocking all shelves, dealing with customers face to face, advising customers on the best products to buy while assisting in anything additional they may require, processing transactions, completing online orders, dealing with stock takes, serving customers with exceptional customer service skills, contacting customers over the phone as well as taking general enquiries on a day to day basis.
