- Managed a capacity issue as a result of the merging of North of England legacy PCTs.- Led consolidation of infrastructure of 4 PCTs, development of CoIN refresh, establishment of asset management across the ICT real estate and a review of data centres across the PCTs.

- Led IT development across the UK, Europe and North Africa, oversaw IT infrastructure / enterprise applications and supported 650+ users.- Devised the strategic IT development vision in collaboration with the CEO and Managing Director.- Worked closely with US and French business units to define the corporate IT strategy.- Held responsibility for budgets, procurement, development of IT resources and management of all 3rd party suppliers.- Directed 15 Service Desk Team members in the UK and Tunisia and held involvement in various client facing activities ranging from discussions at C-Level to pre-sales and project specification meetings.- Managed the 24/7 client facing Service Desk and external IT supplier base.- Assisted with Service Desk queries and handled specification of IT hardware / software for customers.- Led IT staff to develop the internal hosting environment including 100+ servers.- Developed internal IT quality procedures for ISO 9001 TickIT accreditation.
