Invited to participate as Executive Panelist on Cybersecurity. Over 70 participants from across consulting and federal entities. The robust discussion included questions from the audience and prepared remarks from the panelists. Topics included emerging technologies, home healthcare, nanotechnology, regulations and federal oversight.

Provided advice and recommendations on Indian Health Services Virtual “Collaboratory” Digital Health pursuit. Edited/developed presentations, assessed proposed virtual suite software, discussed issue/mitigation strategies and conferred with leadership on most optimal approach. Met with leadership weekly to review progress and discuss best ways to engage Federal Leadership and Lakota tribes in the discussions and efforts.

Provided leadership/oversight of all healthcare teams, interfacing with clients, ensuring cross functional collaboration while developing trusted adviser relationships leadership to ensure end to end success. Responsible for team hiring, business development, organizational growth and thought leadership in the healthcare arena. Developed personnel policies, processes & performance plan materials in support of corporate growth needs. Identified & pursued business development opportunities. As sub-contractor for Wellpoint (Anthem): • Referral Management Learning Program Manager - Lead "from the ground up" curriculum development for myriad TRICARE related roles. Developed tracking tools, dashboards and program management mechanisms; worked with senior leaders to ensure associates would be trained and ready at the start of healthcare delivery. • Learning & Development Interim Information Technology (IT) Program Manager - Tasked to assess the current status of applications, "back of the house" systems (infrastructure) readiness, and requirements. Worked with IT program leads to identify potential gaps and issues in systems readiness. • MTF Optimization Liaison - Provided guidance and support for assessing training and curriculum development needs for Senior Wellpoint positions that would be interfacing with c-suite levels leaders.

Responsible for ensuring smooth team transition; assisting the team to understand the culture and “politics” of the Navy Medicine organization. Initially working alongside H2’s Performance senior leadership to lay the PMO groundwork collaborating with our senior Navy Medicine clients and SPAWAR leaders. • Interim Program Manager/Communication Team Lead. Participated in team hiring. Advised in the development of a draft strategy to enhance IT infrastructure investments/capability solutions as well as the development of the client’s portfolio of projects/program budgets and financial execution. • Provided day-to-day strategic portfolio, program, and project management oversight to include financial, administrative, and programmatic analysis of new and ongoing projects. Daily discussions with client to ensure mission success moving forward.

• Executive Consultant Lead, for a multi-million dollar Health and Human Services Emergency Preparedness proposal collaborating with a team of over 50 SME's across multiple Deloitte functions and specialties. Multi year, multi-million dollar contract award. • Lead writer for Marine Corps Headquarters Wounded Ill & Injured RFI request and developed quals for several Air Force and VA proposals. Efforts lead to multi-million dollar option year awards. • $2-3M in primary sales each year, exceeding expected goal of $1M. • Senior Program Manager for the Federal Health Mobile Health (mHealth) Initiative. Lead team through project initiation, planning, and initial execution of mHealth effort. Developed budget plan, tracking tools, and leadership reporting tools/processes. Responsible for day to day account management. Authored numerous mHealth articles, participated in executive panels, gave presentations and interviews on digital transformation. • JTF CAPMED Innovation Sprints - Wounded Warrior Journey Map App/Portal Development ◦ Program lead for $500,000 Application/Portal concept development over a 6-month period using Agile process and weekly sprints to move from initial concept to prototype quickly. Interfaced/engaged with MHS clients to determine focus areas. ◦ Through iterative collaboration with dozens of Senior Military SME’s, focus groups, developers, programmers, and graphic design teams, we developed a working portal prototype and tablet/phone apps (OIS/Android) for testing and leadership review. ◦ Concurrently, my team worked with myriad federal agencies exploring Digital Health capabilities/opportunities to include Navy Medicine, AFMS DoD Investment Review Board, MHS Defense Business Information Technology Center, Pharmacy Refill Management and Innovation Centers. Collaborated in design of various healthcare mobile/tablet applications, dashboards and portals (platform agnostic) prototypes.

2007 - 2008 Senior Healthcare Program Director, US Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) • Primary Care Advisory Board (PCAB) oversight - Led a team in developing enterprise-wide HEDIS policies; identify, test, and implement “best business practices” in primary care settings. Led senior Navy SME's to develop policies on Emergency Medicine, Tobacco Cessation, LASER Eye Surgery, and Intensive Care Utilization Protocols which were implemented Navy-wide. 2004 - 2007 Chief Operating Officer, Naval Medical Clinic, Quantico, Virginia • Responsible for day to day leadership/operation of 3 Acute Care Clinics, 15 departments and in excess of 100 staff and a $4M annual budget. Providing comprehensive care to 100,000 eligible patients. Oversaw in excess of $3M in facility upkeep and remodeling/renovations in a 3 year period. 2002 - 2004 Personnel Operations and Analysis (HR) Director, BUMED, Washington, DC • Member of the Medical Service Corps Board of Directors. Member of the Medical Service Corps Professional Review Board as the Healthcare Administrative Consultant. Provided oversight, minimized position gaps of over 1700 Medical Service Corps positions around the globe (97% fill rate). • Health Care Administration (HCA) Assistant “Specialty” Leader - mentoring to over 480 HCA’s. .
