Lead team through project initiation, planning, and initial execution of mHealth effort. Developed budget plan, tracking tools, and leadership reporting tools/processes. Interfaced/engaged with MHS clients to determine focus areas. ◦ Through iterative collaboration with dozens of Senior Military SME’s, focus groups, developers, programmers, and graphic design teams, we developed a working portal prototype and tablet/phone apps (OIS/Android) for testing and leadership review. ◦ Concurrently, my team worked with myriad federal agencies exploring Digital Health capabilities/opportunities to include Navy Medicine, AFMS DoD Investment Review Board, MHS Defense Business Information Technology Center, Pharmacy Refill Management and Innovation Centers. Collaborated in design of various healthcare mobile/tablet applications, dashboards and portals (platform agnostic) prototypes.

2007 - 2008 Senior Healthcare Program Director, US Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) • Primary Care Advisory Board (PCAB) oversight - Led a team in developing enterprise-wide HEDIS policies; identify, test, and implement “best business practices” in primary care settings. Led senior Navy SME's to develop policies on Emergency Medicine, Tobacco Cessation, LASER Eye Surgery, and Intensive Care Utilization Protocols which were implemented Navy-wide. 2004 - 2007 Chief Operating Officer, Naval Medical Clinic, Quantico, Virginia • Responsible for day to day leadership/operation of 3 Acute Care Clinics, 15 departments and in excess of 100 staff and a $4M annual budget. Providing comprehensive care to 100,000 eligible patients.
