Devised formal customer proposals to include a scope of work, general arrangement drawings, budgetary quotes with lead times on equipment, and detailed project schedules. Procured equipment, built a detailed bill of materials, and collaborated with local jurisdictions to secure construction permits and scheduling inspections. Facilitated multiple relations with clients and vendors while applying various storage system solutions.

Led CAPEX projects for multiple facilities in North America including equipment upgrade/refurbishment, structural improvement, and process improvement projects ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000. CAPEX responsibilities included equipment upgrade and reinstallation. Partnered with plant management to identify needs, outlined scope, prepare bid packages for contractors, prepare a Capitol Appropriation Request (CAR) for project approval, and update layout drawings and SAT documents for eventual commissioning.

Authored installation packages for skid-mounted process systems based on customer specified criteria, PID's and additional defined constraints such as overall footprints and elevations. Completed 3D general arrangement for approval and 2D isometric drawings for build. Led approval process consisting of 30%/60%/90% review meetings followed by a formal approval isometric drawing containing individual BOM's, device information and welding logs. Created drawings using CADWorx and conducted virtual review meetings.

Delivered turn-key design packages for advanced process and packaging systems in the food and beverage industry. Designed package consisted of equipment layouts, piping layouts, process and instrumentation drawings, control panel layouts, electrical wiring schematics, piping elevations and egress drawings. Automated electrical design 100% in house and coordinated PID's with third party skid builders. Traveled to provide on-site project management.
