Throughout my teenage years, I've started forming passion for ICT. So, I've started playing around with Windows and Linux, also developing a strong interest in networking, sys administration and information security. During my college years, I've started to work as a PHP and Javascript web-developer. However, I realised, I was more drawn to sys administration and automation side of things. After graduation, I've landed a job as a DevOps engineer. The technological stack I've been using consists of Openshift and Kubernetes platform, Docker, Jenkins and Gitlab CI, enabling me to automate building and deploying of client software, as well as provisioning of test infrastructure for application deployments. I'm also familiar with Java EE application servers, mostly dealing with the tasks of configuration and deployment of Spring and Spring Boot Java applications.After a few years of doing the DevOps related work, I've came to realise that I'd like to focus mostly on security aspects of ICT and business needs in general. That means I'd like to work in the information security field as I think my solid understanding of DevOps technologies and tooling, in addition to having an intrinsic motivation for it, could prove to be a great benefit to any organization, as well as further my expertise in the ever-changing infosec landscape.In my leisure time, I like to play basketball and chess (as the Romans would have it - "mens sana in corpore sano"). I'm one of those simple-minded people who don't have a big todo list, but currently I'm brushing up my skills in Hunt: Showdown). I often like to relax by just cruising the streets with my car and exploring new places.
