Haiti in 3D™ is a non-profit, non-partisan research institute dedicated to solve Haiti.We want to better understand why after receiving billions of dollars in aid from many governments around the world, despite being the first black republic in the world, Haiti is politically unstable.We want to do a systemic country diagnostic of the past 40 years to propose e-governance for a prosperous Haiti.Haiti in 3D™ teaches members about the production of knowledge and the production of wealth in harmony with the following article of the 1987 Haitian Constitution: Article 32-7: The State shall see to it that each territorial division, communal Section, commune or Department shall have the essential educational establishments adapted to the needs of their development, without however prejudicing the priorities assigned to agricultural, vocational, cooperative and technical training, which must be widely disseminated.We also want to support the following principles of the 1987 Constitution:To strengthen national unity, eliminate all discrimination between urban and rural population, and accept the diversity of languages and cultures, and recognize the rights to progress, information and education for all citizens through effective decentralization, create a system for government that respects fundamental liberties and social equity. We further believe that in the exercise of the right to vote, political parties and groups will compete against each other. They can be created and may freely carry out their activities. They must adhere to the principles of democratic and national sovereignty. They are recognized and must operate under the law. Notification must be given to the police authorities in advance of outdoor gatherings that are held in public areas.Agriculture is the primary source of Haiti's wealth and is a guarantee to the well-being of the citizens as well as the socio-economic development of the Nation.

My focus in acquisitions is to ensure that the client knows exactly what it is acquiring, with an understanding of the consequences of each facet of the purchase; so that the client can make an informed decision as to the value of the transaction, and the risks associated with it. My responsibilities include adding substantial value to the protection of client’s interests. Focus is placed on retaining control (information) and flexibility (simple and straightforward termination rights), rather than agreements that may promise gold at the end of the rainbow, but ultimately are unrealistic. Creating a win-win-win for all stakeholders is my ultimate goal.

My responsibility included managing our partnership with Oak Ridge National Lab and Virginia Tech to revolutionize mobile wireless broadband data networking. Contributed to the development of several important patents in the wireless industry, such as Ad Hoc Intelligent Wireless Routing Communication.

Responsible for successful negotiation of critical software license agreement and technology transfer with Intel Corporation involving search engine technology and document management systems. Also managed a team of 12 software and hardware engineers.

Presided over this business consulting firm specializing in international trade and finance. Oversaw currency swap transactions, letter of credit reviews and high-yield corporate senior and subordinated debt purchases. Responsible for transactions totaling well over US $1 billion. Underwriter of FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages: Originated and sold residential mortgage portfolios to Savings & Loans, Insurance companies and large banking institutions.
