REUD is a boutique real estate development firm focused on high-quality, mixed-use properties in prime urban locations in São Paulo. REUD developments are exquisitely designed to create beautiful and sustainable places that cultivate community and are integrated into the existing urban fabric. My role at REUD was dynamic, but my primary focus was on developing financial projections and the overall strategy for active and potential projects. These responsibilities included assessing project opportunities, overseeing market analyses and feasibility studies, developing financial projections, managing internal financial reporting, and facilitating all financial structuring and joint ventures.

Pousada Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba are two distinct, luxury boutique hotels in spectacular coastal and countryside settings, respectively, located between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Working directly with the owner, I was intimately involved with the strategic and financial planning in preparation for the opening of Fazenda Catuçaba, as well as oversight of construction. The project included the development of a hotel and planning for 20 for-sale villas on the 450-hectare (1,100 acre) property. I also worked with the team to improve operational efficiencies and to overhaul the accounting and reporting practices for both properties.

The Concord Group is a leading real estate consultancy that provides strategic advice during all stages of the acquisition, planning, entitlement, financing, development, and building process. TCG's client base includes U.S. and international developers, financial institutions, builders and public agencies engaged in a diverse array of residential, commercial and hospitality products. During my time at TCG, I managed over 125 projects spanning all of these areas with a special focus on clients in the financial sector.
