Service management is my passion. The pursuit of challenging and personally fulfilling roles within this domain has led to roles in both large and small companies. Most recently, however, it has brought me into public service within the Technology Services & Solutions (TSS) organization for the county of Santa Clara. As the leader of the Service Management Office, I am helping to solidify a service-based approach and culture within the county's technology services.
