Developed two websites (KTRT, Nordic Ultratune) by coordinating developers and creatives around vision. • Bluebird Grain Farms: Created new online sales channel for heirloom grain products and strengthened relationship between company and clients through email marketing, video and social media. • KTRT: Raised $35K for the “Give A Hoot” campaign in three weeks through a portfolio of marketing activities including social media, email, video and coordinated events. • Twisp Chamber of Commerce: Hired to develop increased awareness of Twisp, WA, and boost tourism as the first phase in a major brand positioning effort. Covered the #CarltonComplex Fire (FB & IG) from Twisp, WA for the Methow Valley keeping residents informed of evacuation notices and safe routes and provided first-hand accounts of fire movement. Reported to major media outlets via Twitter.• Blue Star Coffee Roasters: Led the wildly successful social media campaign for Eastern Washington's first latte art throwdown and two-day workshop (called #509BaristaJam) in partnership with industry leaders La Marzocco USA, The Barista Guild, Espresso Parts, and Barista Magazine.

Led marketing efforts for a microbrewery (the “GOLD” winner at 2015 Washington Beer Awards). Managed a staff of 25 employees and oversaw a total budget of $62K.• Assessed and modified corporate identity and design (fonts, logos, etc.). Created a new branding strategy for microbrewery and raised profile nationally in first year through social media.• Managed The Log Jam Riverside Stage music venue. Hired and promoted live music acts.

Nestled on the eastern slopes of the North Cascades, KTRT started broadcasting in 2006 and plays what it wants. I produced and hosted a variety mix format, which included interviews with local characters from around the Methow Valley.

I was hired as project manager to resurrect the design of the station's first-ever website. I collaborated with developer Ryan Scherler to build a blog-style website (WordPress) that would allow DJs to upload their respective programs to the site while we continued to work towards streaming.

I served as the primary client liaison for two senior care brands, Assisted Living Source & Home Care Profile. Both were acquired by Sittercity and rebranded as YearsAhead. In this role, I assisted clients in transitioning through the launch of the new brand and integrate into the new system. I built and managed relationships with clients, advocated client care, and troubleshot problems to ensure resolution of client difficulties with lead generation website.

Conceptualized and bootstrapped the first on-site renewables collection service in the Methow Valley. Performed market research, conducted feasibility study, developed and executed marketing plan. • Achieved goal of making recycling collection convenient and affordable while creating a profitable business. Lived from the slogan, "Recycling made easy. For the people!"• Established an innovative BlueBag™ (single stream) recycling service, partnering with local retail stores to tap market of part-time residents and tourists.• Grew business to point where it became feasible to acquire the local garbage company; re-branded the combined entity, introduced new products and service levels. (Methow Valley Sanitation Service and Recycling Roundup joined to create WasteWise Methow).

Hired by Director of Marketing for a special role with charge to drive enrollment in preferred medical insurance plans for 65+ population. Developed a comprehensive strategy and approach which incorporated outbound marketing, internal/external communications and education. • Demonstrated strong command of healthcare reform regulations and ability to present complex material in an easy to understand manner. • Educated physicians on healthcare reform, becoming a trusted information resource. • Established a call center for patient communications, traveling to Minnesota to train 15 to 20 staff. • Created highly personalized presentations for patients, insurance producers and call centers.• Provided direct training for 1 staff member and 10 insurance producers. • Over a two-year period, met objectives for ROI.

I was hired into a department for scheduling independent medical evaluations (IMEs), and rapidly promoted to a management role. I overhauled the department to change its function from scheduling to client relationship management and services. I developed new processes and procedures to improve effectiveness.
