The Movember Foundation is the global men's health charity engaging men to grow moustaches during the month of November to raise funds & awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's mental health. Since 2003, Movember has raised $800M+ worldwide and engaged 5M participants. As the Head of Development, I was oversaw all volunteer/community management & fundraising/donor development for the US campaign, which engaged over 1M+ participants and raised over $130 million during my seven-campaign tenure. It is a professional "winter league" that hosts Australian professional players as well as import players from the US that are playing in the Minor Leagues. While with the ABL, I was responsible for creating a national sales strategy and ticketing program and managing licensing relationships with New Era Caps and Majestic Apparel.
