Joined as the company’s first dedicated global People Operations leader to provide strategic and hands-on support to a team of 50+ employees located in the US, UK, and India (via EOR).

- Serve as an internal HR business partner to senior leadership and developed/launched Hub’s APO consulting practice.- Manage Hub’s certified partner relationship with Predictive Index and serve as the internal Talent Optimization lead- Provide HR business partnership to client organization across a variety of areas such as policy development, process improvement, employee relations, compensation analysis, performance management, L&D, and strategy.- Deliver fully integrated full life-cycle recruiting to fill a variety of high-volume and specialized SG&A and technical roles- Partner, educate, and coach hiring managers on the interview process, current market trends, talent lifecycle, and KPIs- Serve as an HR Advisor on Hub's Product Roadmap Advisory Team to assist with the development of our proprietary multi-sided platform (MSP)

- Employee #30 and the founding member of the People Operations team- Provided Generalist & Business Partner support to a team of 120+ employees and key stakeholders in Boston, San Francisco, and the UK to deliver strategic and tactical value in the areas of employee relations, immigration, compliance, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compensation planning, training, and program management- Managed full employee life cycle for all US and global employees from new hire onboarding through termination- Led the company talent acquisition effort through hyper-growth, scaling team from 30 employees to 120- Partnered with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align hiring needs with business priorities, provide interview training, and process implementation- Resolved complex employee relations issues with utmost discretion and integrity, coaching managers and leadership towards successful resolution- Created and implemented programs to attract and retain employees, including Social Outreach & Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives- Owned monthly and quarterly HR reports, analyzed data, and identified trends to improve employee retention and engagement across the organization- Managed immigration processing and compliance for 14 foreign national employees applying for Green Card, H-1B, OPT, and TNs - 100% of cases certified by USCIS- Monitored and ensured compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying on top of existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed action- Lead capital planning, facilities, and IT projects, completing five build-outs and numerous facilities upgrades- Coached and managed Tamr’s People Operations Associate to ensure they were equipped with the correct skills and training to support day-to-day HR, operations, and talent acquisition functions
