I walk into chaos, to create order for others.Meaning, I like the challenge of fixing things. I like improving process, individual and team performance, and I have found that this is where I excel. For this reason, I continually seek out situations where I can make things better.I strive at bringing order to the things that I can control, and I am good at anticipating risks which are beyond my control. When establishing or managing a team, I start by examining the team members, team dynamics, and the processes they follow. After becoming familiar with the team, I then work to improve all these components, which results in better performance. My team appreciates my methodical way of processing information, and I work hard to examine the smalls details of processes, problems, regulations and plans to achieve the greatest outcomes.I draw energy from the process of acquiring knowledge and skills, because of this, and my organizational skills, I tend to retain what I learn.
