My responsibilities encompass a wide range of key functions, including: Proficiently underwrite both conventional and government loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. Skillfully manage the loan pipeline, optimizing efficiency, and meeting critical deadlines. Foster effective communication with investors, facilitating transparent and mutually beneficial relationships. Aide in the onboarding process for new investors, establishing strong partnerships and expanding our network. Maintain and enhance the company's credit policy and overlays, ensuring alignment with industry standards and risk management. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes and procedures, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Mentor and train new employees, sharing insights and expertise to cultivate a skilled and cohesive team. Collaborate with internal departments, including product and engineering, as a subject matter expert in mortgage technology development, aligning our innovations with mortgage fulfillment and originations.
