This endeavor eventually created twenty six full time sustainable positions during a severe economic downturn in our economy.• Act as community liaison relative to the programs with DHHS, local jails, hospitals, counseling centers, and various other local and state agencies. • Responsible for writing and developing Grant Proposals, Marketing, and Requests for Proposals, relative to agency goals and values. • Responsible for maintaining fiscal health of the programs, adherence to state licensing requirements, and Quality Assurance. Budget for Community Integration Program approximately 1,650,000 for fiscal 07'-08' • Responsible for co-writing $738,000 RFP for development and implementation of Licensed Residential Home for Adolescent in Dept. of Corrections custody. Responsible for hiring, training, and initial supervision of 18 employees. Also developed a 2-bed $600,000 Intensive Residential program for adolescents diagnosed with Autism, Intellectual Disaiblities, and severe medical co-morbitity.
