About Jessica Pourian Md

I am an attending pediatrician and fellow in clinical informatics at UCSF. I did my undergraduate work at MIT and worked in healthcare consulting before going to UCSD for medical school. I completed my pediatrics residency at Brown and am now focused on the intersection between healthcare and technology. As a fellow, I am particularly focused on data privacy for sensitive health informatics with regards to adolescent health and reproductive rights. I am also interested in data visualization, and use of machine learning/artificial intelligence, specifically large language models, to augment clinical decision support. I am president of the national clinical informatics fellow organization (ACIF) and am excited to collaborate with physicians nationwide to promote CI.
