During my tenure I made major changes to business operations, pricing, sales, marketing and service offerings. As with any restructuring endeavor, expenses were one of the first things to be tackled. We closed an almost empty warehouse and negotiated out of 3-year remaining lease, spread the remaining inventory to the 3 remaining stores and restructured their leases, replaced the phone system resulting in 90% monthly savings, replaced the software management system (POS, inventory, CRM, etc...) with a modern up-to-date system that gave fantastic insights into the operation and its finances resulting in 80% monthly savings, and much more. On the vendor side, we negotiated debt with all vendors including new payment plans and new terms resulting in major improvement to the business operating cash flow and debt restructuring. -
