• Prosperity Fund Mexico Energy Programme (MEP) is a £64 Million GBP UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) funded Technical Assistance Programme to transform Mexico’s economy by promoting energy-driven low-carbon growth and reduce poverty.• Develop strategies within the Mexican energy sector to create ESG sustainable energy practices and foster cross-sectoral socioeconomic development.• Design, update, implement and report the logframe indicators to evaluate the operation and implementation of the MEP.• Design surveys and analyzed the subsequent results to monitor the impact of the MEP.• Develop and implement a base line study to analyze the needs of the workforce and SMEs in the energy sector in Mexico.• Develop a system with DAI programmers to collect and analyze data (https://epicentrovirtual.epienergia.mx) • Develop all the MREL strategies, MREL plan and the sustainability plan and strategies for the MEP.• Carry out the procurement processes for the assignment of contracts for the MREL of the MEP.

• Design and establish indicators to evaluate the operation and implementation of initiatives for all CFE companies, subsidiaries and business units. • Monitor the management and operation of CFE Energy, CFE International, CFE Qualified Supplier and the CFE Basic Supplier as well as, the Business Units of: Telecom, the energy saving program “PAESE” and the electric tests laboratory LAPEM.• Development of initiatives to improve customer service of the CFE's Basic Supplier, preparation of new business proposals for the PAESE business unit (ESG, Distributed Generation, Energy Management Evaluations, Batteries for Electrical Systems).• Monitor the regulatory issues of the CFE Subsidiaries and the Business Units.

• Advise the CEO on issues concerning ESG, renewable generation plants, thermoelectric generation plants and natural gas pipelines.• Design the indicators to do the oversight of the 13 CFE´s companies that were establish after the 2014 Mexican Energy Reform.• Monitor the construction of priority projects (power plants and natural gas pipelines) in order to comply with CFE’s annual plan following the Mexican Energy Reform. • Advise the CEO on issues relating to CO2 emissions from power generation of the CFE in order to decrease emissions and achieve international standards in all of the company power plants. • Act as Technical Secretary of the CEO at the monthly meetings to monitor the operation and construction of power plants and natural gas pipelines nationwide, with Regional Managers and Directors of the CFE.• Develop and update presentations and supporting documents for the CEO.

•Designed strategic analysis for decision-making for the Director on the daycare centers service •Advised the Director on issues related to childcare •Implemented schemes to increase enrollment of children in the daycare centers service•Developed and monitored the budget of the outsourced IMSS daycare centers•Monitored the implementation of schemes to increase the installed capacity of the daycare centers service

•Planned with relevant stakeholders such as, government officials in Maputo, Global Columbia Center in Nairobi and local government officials in Molumbo to implement a baseline study for a new Millennium Village in Molumbo Sede. •Designed the implementation strategy for the baseline study for a new Millennium Village in Molumbo Sede.•Trained enumerators in the application of the instruments and supervised them throughout the data collection.•Monitored the correct survey implementation and budget implementation of the baseline study.•Delivered the outputs of the baseline study to the Global Columbia Center in Nairobi.

•Managed the nationwide Day-Care Center Program in Mexico that included monitoring and evaluation of data, development and overseeing the budget, and supervision of staff.•Designed and managed the monitoring and evaluation program of the Day-Care Center Program that included the development of annual goals based on assigned budget, the supervisory performance of the Day-Care Centers, and the demand each Day-Care Center had.•Developed operational schemes to improve the distribution of personnel activities in 
Day-Care Center Program. •Managed national geo-referencing project of the Day-Care Center Program facilities, to obtain the exact geographic location of the Centers.•Developed proposals to adapt the Daycare Program to the needs of the Ministry considering the human and material resources, to increase the efficiency of the distribution of resources. •Cleaned and organized national data on the numbers of Day-care Centers and children in the country.•Designed surveys and analyzed the subsequent results that supported and contributed to the development of social and human development policies and strategies for the Day-Care Center Program such as the national survey for beneficiaries of the Day –Care Center Program study. This study contributed to the to the development of new strategies to adapt and change the operation of the Day-Care Center Program.•Supervised and delivered the report for the president office of the Day-Care Center Program. •Organized and coordinate trainings for the state coordinators of the Day-Care Center Program. •Organized, coordinated and managed brigades in response to national natural disasters such as the brigade that provided relief and aid to the affected families after the floods in the state of Veracruz in 2010.
