I am recognized and respected as a leader in design, configuration, and troubleshooting. I have been involved in many high-profile projects for the company. Since 2011, a major focus of my time has been the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of the wireless system. I am also responsible for all of the network installs and maintenance activities for the downtown Chicago (54 floor) HQ facility.As the network infrastructure team lead, I have conducted all of the technical interviews for team positions since 2006. I am a mentor and provide training/advice related to network/wireless design and troubleshooting.

• Maintained AT&T’s global Internet backbone including management of private client intranets utilizing Cisco 2500, 4000, and 7000 series routers as well as 4000, 5000, and 6000 series Catalyst switches• Resolved complex problems with BGP and OSPF routing protocols• Diagnosed and repair frame-relay, ATM, and FDDI technologies• Managed and repaired internal client networks including Washington Mutual, Campbell’s, Sony, First Tennessee Bank, Allstate, Sears, Dean Witter, Amtrak, and Boy Scouts of America• Analyzed EIGRP routing problems and monitored AT&T’s frame-relay core• Fixed client backup systems utilizing analog modems, ISDN BRI circuits, and DSL connections• Diagnosed 56k, T1, T3, and larger circuits and coordinated repairs with local exchange carriers, (Bell South, Verizon, etc.)• Assisted with traffic analysis and repairs with Paradyne and Larscom CSU/DSU’s
