As a triple board-certified nutrition expert, personal trainer, and female entrepreneur, I'm dedicated to empowering health businesses to expand their influence and enhance health outcomes on a global scale. Growing up in Northern California, I once aspired to be a musical theater actress. Through acting and dance, I became more aware of my body and started studying nutrition at the age of 12. By high school, I was already teaching calisthenics and dance. This passion continued as I entered UCLA on a theater scholarship and taught dance and aerobics at a local studio. With a growing demand for private classes, I went on to become one of the first personal trainers in LA, and soon I was mentoring aspiring trainers. By the time I graduated, I had a full-blown personal training business.
