I am currently working on a Windows 7 to Windows 10 Migration project for Univar Inc. My duties include application rationalization, packaging, testing and deployment via SCCM Current Branch 1702.

As of July of 2016, I joined the Avecto Pre-Sales Engineering team. As a Technology Consultant, I was the customer facing subject matter expert for Avecto Defendpoint for the entire Pacific Northwest. My responsibilities included Customer Relationship Building, Channel Partner Relationship Building, Customer Demos, Proof of Concepts, Discovery Workshops.

As of August of 2015, I joined the Citrix ShareFile team as a Sr. Sales Engineer. As the Sr. Sales Engineer for the entire West Coast, I was the customer facing subject matter expert for all things ShareFile. My responsibilities include Customer Relationship Building, Solution Structuring, Customer Demos, and Proof of Concepts.

In August of 2013 I was promoted to Manager on the End User Technology Services Team. As an IT Manager at a Fortune 500 Company, I am responsible for leading and managing the teams that maintain Exchange, Citrix, App-V and SCCM Software Distribution. Continuing to build on the success of my previous role as a Lead Engineer, I coach my team of 9 engineers.

In 2012 I joined Starbucks as the Lead Systems Engineer over Citrix Technologies. My duties include designing and implementing global XenDesktop and XenApp solutions, providing innovative solutions to Starbucks’ business challenges in a fast paced environment, packaging applications for App-V, leading the Citrix Team and mentoring team mates on best.

I was brought on board to the Global Infrastructure Consulting Services Team for End User Computing at Dell. Since joining Dell I have had successful projects with implementing XenApp 6.0, providing Citrix XenApp Environment Health Checks, consulting Large Enterprises on their Windows 7 Readiness, consulting large enterprises on App-V as well as.

While working for CGI I was brought back onto the Russell account to train and lead an offshore terminal services team. I successfully trained a team in India on how to package applications and administer App-V. Once the team was trained, I successfully lead the team in implementing App-V 4.5 and XenApp 4.5. Currently I am helping to lead a SCCM 2007.

I was brought on board at E*TRADE to lead the Engineering team in Sofgrid/App-V. While working there I developed a process to help us get the existing Softgrid implementation upgraded from 3.2 to 4.2 on 2000+ desktops. I was also introduced to citrix presentation server 4.0 as my secondary role.

As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps I was a Tank Commander on an M1A1 tank. My responsibility was to ensure that my crew had properly prepared my tank for battle and training. I was also in charge of directing and guiding Marines of lesser rank than me to work together to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I served in Operation Iraqi.

As a an Application Packager for CDW-Berbee, I was brought onto the project at Donaldson Company Inc. to sequence applications for a global App-V deployment to 5000+ users on Windows Vista. During this project I successfully sequenced Windows 95 applications for a Windows Vista environment.

As an Application Packager for CGI, I was brought onto a large Project for Russell Investments. The goal of the project was to standardize all of Russell’s 2000+ desktops globally. My part in this project was to package all of the applications that Russell Investments uses for Microsoft Softgrid, now known as Microsoft App-V. While working on this project.

As a Systems Management Specialist with IBM I was contracted to the State of Washington with the Department of Social and Health Services. I worked on the Network Infrastructure and Services Team providing desktop support to the local buildings as well as providing network support to over 8000 DSHS employees across the state.

As an IT Technician with Port Madison Enterprises I worked in a very diverse network that was constantly changing. My team provided support to a Casino, a Resort, three gas stations, a Subway and a wedding lodge. My areas of responsibility included everything from network administration, guest’s computer support, Micros Point of Sale Systems, a Nortel VOIP.

As a Network Engineer with Ion Business Solutions Inc. I worked in the Seattle area providing onsite support to our client’s businesses and homes. I worked on anything from network print problems to implementing and maintaining small to medium size business networks.

I was brought on by Kennedy Consulting for a large refresh project at Swedish Medical Center. My primary role was to help with a large application packaging effort for Softricity Softgrid, now known as Microsoft App-V.

As a Technician II, I managed the Olympic College refresh project. As a one man team I imaged and prepared the new office computers for delivery. Other parts of my job included providing Senior Level Desktop Support to the college campus and Faculty Staff.
