This position involves meticulous planning, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams to meet NPI project timelines and deliver high-quality products. • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for NPI projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the NPI process.• Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the end-to-end supply chain for NPI projects, including materials procurement, production scheduling, and logistics planning.• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to support NPI requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete materials.• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in the NPI process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.• Cost Control: Work to optimize costs associated with NPI projects, including materials, labor, and logistics.• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to NPI projects, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), process flows, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the NPI process and implement necessary changes.• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that NPI projects meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements.• Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, including senior management.• Vendor Management: Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for NPI projects.
