My main tasks: • Motivate and guide the project team to ensure deliverables are produced as planned. • Be the point of contact in case of any complex project-related issues and implement an effective strategy for resolution. • Management of stakeholders (mainly international companies such as Siemens, Alstom...) • External stakeholders: Negotiate and get the most out of suppliers from diverse cultures and backgrounds. • Internal stakeholders: Communicate and promote project buy-in. • Manage changes, and negotiate (if necessary) these with the management. • Prepare the safety file for validation by auditors. • Provide periodic reporting to management.
