In this position, I provide my vision and leadership in driving the marketing group’s overall direction. I also lead the marketing content team, which is responsible for developing written and visual content, and providing data integrity for the company’s marketing and business development efforts.I served as the CE subject matter expert (SME) for KCI’s ERP implementation to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and am now responsible for training and implementing best practices for data management and capture in CE and CE Project Operations. I am a mentor in KCI's mentor program. I'm also a member of KCI’s Technology Sharing Committee.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

In this role, I created a marketing content team to develop compelling, persuasive content and strengthen data for strategic decision-making. Under my direction, the team created a narrative library, established a monthly training program for marketing staff, developed an annual needs survey that has generated new efficiencies, and created a monthly marketing newsletter.I was responsible for setting standards and maintaining database integrity in the marketing database (Unanet). I created comprehensive database manuals and a new hire training program. I trained and educated database users throughout the company, answered questions, and explained system features. I also managed the customization and implementation of OpenAsset at KCI.I served on KCI's Project Setup Committee, which sought to standardize KCI processes before implementing a new ERP system. I was a panelist along with OpenAsset's CEO and Unanet's General Manager of CRM titled "Introducing the OpenAsset Cosential Connector" to give advice and best practices for implementation.

Southeast Region

My main responsibility was to promote KCI through networking, participation in industry events and committees, and in written materials. I crafted proposals, mainly for projects in the Southeast, and I reviewed and edited proposals composed by my peers. I participated in strategic planning and budgeting for the GA operation, and was part of that office's tremendous growth. In this role, I was able to organize multiple events for clients, including receptions, open houses, and conferences. I served on committees to plan both the annual SASHTO and ASHE National conferences in Atlanta, and the committee to plan a retirement party for GDOT Commissioner Linnenkohl.I was awarded the American Society of Highway Engineers National Young Member of the Year and the Employee Appreciation Award for Outstanding contribution to the Southeast Strategic Plan. I was nominated for the William E Franswick Award of Excellence and the Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Institute.

My main responsibility was to secure business opportunities with clients by attending networking events, securing meetings with new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. I designed corporate collateral, responded to RFQs, and composed internal and external newsletters. As the only employee in the marketing department, I led business development meetings with senior management.
