A highly experienced and vibrant marketing professional with a passion for building distinctive and purposeful brands with great teams! With 10 years of experience in delivering strategic and commercial results at Unilever ANZ, I have a reputation for building creative brand marketing strategies, launching innovation and dynamic media campaigns led by data insights and balanced with an educated intuition. I first applied to Unilever because of the Dove Real Beauty Campaign. It was bold, purposeful and based on a real insight. As a budding marketeer that was what I wanted to work on and be part of and I was fortunate enough to get to do exactly that. Continuing on, I have managed a variety of global and local consumer brands including Streets Ice Cream, Gaytime, Bubble O’Bill, Weis, Rexona, Simple and Vaseline. I have had the opportunity to build and execute a suite of marketing strategies with brilliant cross functional teams and agency partners. For the past 4 years I have reported to the ANZ Business Unit Marketing Director/General Manager level, managed teams of 6 and been accountable for general management responsibilities including full P&L delivery.In each of these portfolios and roles I have taken great pride in always striving to develop marketers and create an inclusive culture that draws the best out of people and teams to deliver results, learn and have fun doing it!
