• Responsible for the integration of SurfAid, CoreMetrics’ web analytics software for the American Chemical Society. This was accomplished by: performing requirements gathering from multiple departments within ACS; developing specification documents for the SurfAid technical team; monitoring data loading and software implementation timeliness; verifying accuracy of analytics utilizing weblogs pre- and post- software processing.• Initiated and maintained the loading of web files and required data integration for CoreMetrics’ SurfAid. Documented technical details of numerous data feeds required to supply business information to make the client’s web analytics useful.• Provided the overall support to ACS for CoreMetrics’ SurfAid. Researched and resolved or coordinated resolution of any self-discovered or client-discovered issues within analytics software. This included problems with the analytics interface, weblog or data feed loading errors, and web usage anomalies. Solving usage anomalies required knowledge such as data processing methods, standard business practices, long-term usage trends, and new marketing campaigns in order to determine whether usage was a data error, business error, or a variance of actual use.• Performed training and instruction of SurfAid for all ACS users and super-users. Developed structured classes after initial implementation of analytic package was complete and instructed these courses. Supplemented third-party instruction of super-users by helping facilitate webinars as well as providing training in client-specific usage of the software.• Developed HTML website structure, design, and content based on book contents. Using the provided PDF file of a scientific reference book, created all web content from within the book utilizing a content structure emulating the flow of the book. Created the user interface by incorporating elements of the client’s primary website in order to create a seamless integration.

• Developed and maintained XSL transformations for financial web software using XML, XHTML, and CSS. Thomson’s integrated client finance portal supported heavy end-user customization, allowing for the Thomson hosted pages to resemble the client site exactly. Used XSL to create and add functionality to portal combining the XML source and dynamic CSS code generated from client preferences.• Solved requests in live productions of web software. Researched and fixed bugs in existing code by researching errors in client sites. Solutions were resolved either in the client’s portal administration or within the XSL itself.

• Developed multiple cycles of web portal interface with primary software through WebMD. Using XSL to transform XML requests to HTML, created site content and design.• Solely recreated the previous HTML web portal using Macromedia Flash and Actionscript. Utilizing the same XML data calls previously established for both data requesting and posts, created a Flash web application to provide a true platform & browser independent version of the web portal. Used individual frames to reproduce full HTML pages, and could utilize Movie Clips in a similar manner as .Net User Controls. Researched data applications created in Flash to use as base model and found no instances or reference to similar work being performed. Was the initiator and sole developer on project.• Created user interface and data transfer of internet interface with C#.NET. Utilizing the interface of prior HTML and Flash web-based versions as a model, created all windows forms and code-behind for software used as a portal to the primary Medical Manager software. As a UI engineer, worked closely with a user control developer and a data interface engineer to create the project from scratch. The project was created as a direct follow-up to my work in the Flash application.• Designed and developed DTHML pages providing interactive server status. Utilized graphics of US and Sales Territory maps, XML input of city/latitude/longitude/server status, Javascript, and DHTML to create pages which mapped server status graphics at accurate locations with pop-ups for additional client info and links.• Designed user-interface for enhancements and new modules of PocketPC interface with primary software. Created mock-ups and final HTML content for PocketIE software and created full-featured demo for use in PocketIE. Designed and edited graphics used in handheld application.• Debugged primary software coded in (in-house language) DML.
