Growing up sports and activity were (and still are) a big part of my life. In the winter you could find me on the ice with a hockey stick, while in the summer with a pair of cleats on the rugby pitch. There are those who are lucky and able to avoid injury, but most of us have had bumps and bruises or worse to overcome.This is what led to me to my current career path as a Physiotherapist. I understand the importance of rehabilitation and the role it plays in returning to the activities we love.
