-Maintain all hard copies and digital records for ongoing executive projects-Enter data into system effectively and accurately-Perform administrative/clerical functions, including but not limited to, maintaining files, copying, imaging, answering phones, data entry, sorting/ distributing mail and/or packages-Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems-Deliver and pick-up business-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area-Work with management to prioritize business and information needs-Locate and define new process improvement opportunities-Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations

-Organize and file company documents.-Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents.-Ensure that all documents have no errors in filenames or submissions.-Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested

-Record, edit, & publish audio-Plan, schedule, and monitor commercials/paid programs-Coordinate and schedule studios, announcers, and programs-Keying numbers in system and spreadsheets
