As a Demand Generation Manager for Xylem Americas - Water Utilities team, I was responsible for planning, developing, and implementing data-driven marketing communications strategies and programs that support the Transport and Treatment parts of Xylem's business. I drove highly targeted marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate demand for Xylem’s products and services. Also, project-managed the 2023 Xylem WEFTEC Booth and Xylem Stage with theme and pre-show marketing campaigns that increased website traffic (over last year) for the WEFTEC Campaign Landing Page and email open rates. All the while I launched a “Count on Flygt” campaign that highlighted the successes and innovations of Flygt brand of pumps and mixers that raised awareness, reached a wider audience, increased social media followers by 22%, and increased post engagement in 6 months through effective SEO, content optimization, and improved email marketing strategies. It also reinvigorated the current Distributors and Sales Reps to increase sales.
