Keith originates from Calgary with a musical background in live performance. He studied bass guitar and classical flute as his major instruments. Keith credits a composition degree from Grant McEwan Community College, in Edmonton. While at Grant McEwan he performed, as the bassist, for the GM big band. In addition to his many years of composing and recording original music, Keith has also assisted many other artists with their compositions and recordings. He specializes in drum programming, MIDI programming, vocal arranging and performance, instrumental tracks, song writing, and recording, editing, mixing and mastering. Keith is the originator of the musical group 'STEPPIN' OUT.' For the last 20 plus years "STEPPIN' OUT" has been a duo. Keith performs with his wife Del. They perform to audiences from Whitehorse, Whistler, the Okanagan Valley, Alberta, to Palm Springs, CA. Keith is owner/operator of "Breakthrough Studios", a professional recording studio, in Kelowna, BC. He keeps very busy as a song writer, arranger, producer, and performer for studio clients as well as his own music. Keith also handles contract work for film soundtracks, videos, jingles and other original music.
