About J Keith Mcelveen

Working on enhancing the senses of both humans and machines using innovative applications of technology, engineering, and design, with a particular emphasis on speech, hearing, and the Cocktail Party Problem.My involvement in a war crimes investigation at the end of the Cold War started a decades-long search for a robust, practical solution to the cocktail party problem of understanding speech in crowded, reverberant, distant situations. Having found and patented such a solution, am now focused on applying this breakthrough targeted speech extraction method to various painful problems.
