With my business partner Michelle McArthur-Morgan founded Jigsaw@Work. Created the 'Jigsaw@work' 64 piece jigsaw discovery tool which we both licence here in the UK and overseas. The tool can be used in a variety of applications to show how people will behave in a given situation.It can be incorporated in any type of workshop where human behaviour is of the essence.Here in the UK we incorporate it in courses we deliver to both commercial organisations ie. A large public transport organisation, Universities for their internal staff, to local and national Government ie. Police, Councils. NHS.As a business Jigsaw@work is very much involved in Learning & Development and through my partners interest in Neuro Science has expanded into the area of Mindfulness.

For the last 14 years of my career I was employed by a company which through takeover ended up becoming part of Kodak.Just prior to my 54th birthday I took the money and ran !9 years on I still find myself being partner in Jigsaw@work. Following long conversations with my business partner I found myself creating a discovery tool called Jigsaw@work. Its sucess in the training world goes from strength to strength and we have sold it or used to or with some famous organisations both within the UK and the Middle East ( we have a partnership in Dubai )
