Unconventional career path🎓BS Biomedical Engineering > 🔬Pharma Industry (8 yrs) > 📐Architectural Lab Project Programming & Planning (12+ yrs)Have been involved in 165+ AEC industry projects with 85+ clients since 2011I love mentoring & training staff. I love contributing to an active company culture. Several places I worked we had both team-spirit and family-like support for one another, making going to work so joyful! I love problem solving and brainstorming on new projects. I take a lot of pride in my work. I want to do a good job and have fun doing it!Outside of work I have an ever-changing, seemingly endless list of interests and hobbies including camping, hiking, travel, adventuring, attending shows (concerts, plays, musicals, opera, comedy), attending sporting events, fundraising, running (reluctantly!), sewing & crafting, art and music, TSL, volunteering, enjoying craft beers and delicious foods, and more! I am never bored, and wish there were more hours in the day. There's just so much to life that I'd like to experience! ❤️

I worked with clients during the programming process to assess their space and equipment needs, and then used that information to work hand in hand with our team of architects and designers to create beautiful, functional, efficient laboratories and support spaces. Having gone through two lab moves myself, I understand the anxiety that a move can bring, and hope that my expertise and involvement in the project helps alleviate some of the stress for the end-users.Activities: Corporate Challenge (2012-2015), IIDA Fashion Show (2012-2015), ClimbAmerica!
