Ensured all policies were properly represented by Allstate exclusive agents after an event left them orphaned across hundreds of vendors.- Using Six Sigma methodologies, collaborated with vendors to simplify the agent off-boarding process; abandoned policies in force were reassigned to create growth opportunities for Allstate Agents; resulting process developments retained $1.57M+ premium, which would otherwise have been lost .- Volunteered as president of the Recognition Committee. Communicated importance to leadership which led to a 33% budget increase.

- Handled accounts for Audi and Volkswagen of America, working with the relationship manager to ensure that the customers of our clients receive the best possible experience while dealing with damage concerns.- Created a reporting method which tracked damage expenditures across all clients and lines of business. This report lead to discoveries which in turn projected a 10-15% reduction in damage spending, in addition to opening opportunities for expanded loss recoveries.- Researched and identified issues associated with the Audi and Volkswagen of America product that caused long “estimated time of arrivals” (ETAs) for contracted providers. This research lead to program changes that cut down the typical ETA by 15 minutes on average.
