My primary practice area is commercial real estate transactions and development. I represent developers, property owners, investors, public, private and emerging companies in the acquisition, permitting, financing, development, construction, leasing, management and disposition of mixed use, office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties, as well as solar, wind and BESS facilities. I also represent lenders and investors in debt financing and equity investments in commercial projects and properties.
