 Reduced invoice discrepancies for St. Joseph and Redwood Memorial Hospitals by more than 90%; consistently lead corporation in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) for largest vendor. Managed capital equipment expenditures up to $10M for both hospitals; negotiated contracts, monitored contract compliance, facilitated stakeholder access to electronic transaction records. Achieved compliance with hospital security standards and reduced non-contract spends by utilizing Reptrax to track vendors while onsite. Maintained and trained staff on use of Materials Management Information System (MMIS); served as local lead from planning, testing, go-live and review on all upgrades. Built system to track recall-processing that captured departmental information from MMIS Software and allowed recalls to be processed within 24 hours. Selected to serve as Product Evaluation Committee Chair; lead review of products to assure contract compliance and clinical effectiveness. Co-led efforts to streamline supply requisition process; converted 95% of phone, fax, and verbal requisitions to MMIS.
