Deciding on methods of construction (precast/ slipform/ jump form/ traditional), selecting the most suitable methods of retaining soil in deep excavations (sheet, contiguous, secant piling, king post or open batter) and ways of propping retaining walls (flying props, knee braces or ground anchors), programming construction projects, planning out site set up and project’s logistics, preparing information release schedules and controlling flow of information, organising Network Rail/ LUL approvals, positioning tower cranes and coordinating erection and dismantle methodology with crane subcontractor, Organising and coordinating precasting of concrete elements, procurement of long lead products, coordinating H&S and plant orders for the projects at early stage. coordinating BIM implementation into work methods .

Supervising substructures and concrete frame works on the large residential and commercial projects in London area. My duties incluede ordering precast elements and rebar, looking after handovers of completed work to the client , supervising employees on site, and monitoring progress. The technologies I am familiar with secant, contiguous and sheet piling, RC and PT concrete, precast, peri temporary works and jump and slip forms.

My duties include planning out the construction methodology for the projects and then creating programmes for them with use of Asta Powerproject software. Also, after tender stage I supervise and monitor the progress on site and report it to the client and my management. Besides that in my company I coordinate transition from traditional methods of planning to the 4D scheduling.

Supervising process of building culverts and bridges on €206 million worth project, preparing valuation documents, placing orders for materials, plant, reinforcing steel and concrete. Preparing work schedules, dealing with inspectors, arranging laboratory tests and land surveying checks.
