As the safety manager for the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, he spearheaded the establishment of a health and safety management system for nine polyclinics, successfully reducing instances of needlestick injuries and patient falls. Jason holds an Honours Degree in Biotechnology from Monash University and has completed programs in Singapore Workplace Safety & Health and Fire Safety Management.
