• Led a team of 40 employees that provided direct medical support to a rapidly deployable Battalion consisting of 475 personnel forward-deployed in Europe; spearheaded the establishment of medical support for U.S. forces in the Baltics.• Responsible for all administrative and logistics operations including training, leader development, equipment maintenance, accountability, and readiness as the Chief of Staff for an organization of 150 employees on emergency standby for worldwide contingency operations. Managed $16MM of equipment with zero losses over two years.• Directed the successful logistical transfer of equipment during base relocation from Bamberg to Grafenwoehr, Germany to include 134 containers and $30MM in sensitive government equipment.
