Succesfully Lead a Design and Development Team in producing a multi million zł VR Firefighter Simulator in collaboration with PIAP Łukasiewicz Institute.During my time as a leader:- We succesfully secured every public funding milestone allowing for smooth development process.- I advised and guided clients through complex design decisions in order to balance scope and fidelity of the applications.- I succesfully designed and optimised Internal as well as External Communication Processes between the client, design and development team.- I collected feedback and iterated on process changes using surveys. I made sure they increased efficiency as well as that they supported the team spirit and the existing working culture.- I was part of a team responsible for first contact with clients. I lead workshop style; design requirements research sessions before upcoming product development. Based on our findings I advised on adequate design and technology choices.

Similar responsibilities before official promotion

Worked as a Designer on a platformer called “Glyph”. I was tasked with porting the game from VR to Nintendo Switch along with redesigning the User Experience, Progression, Tutorials and Levels.Additionally developed and tested a prototype of a multiplayer, smartphone controlled cinema game for a major Danish Cinema Network.

Responsible for the recent (2023) rebrand and new website.Helped with Identity Design, Product Development and Renders, Design Materials, Presentations, Website Design and Meintenance.

Employed by the Multisensory Experience Lab at AAU Copenhagen.Design, development and user experience testing of a classified prototype created in collaboration with a Client: EduLab (Payed Project).- Implementation incl. designing and developing a prototype in Unity3D within Agile Method.Additionally represented the ME Lab as well as Medialogy BSc. on conferences like CopenX and open school days.
