I am the office manager of a small automotive repair business in Waunakee, Wisconsin. I manage the books, Human Resources work, payroll, social media marketing, and provide quality customer service. I maintain strong communication with business owners through regular updates and goal-setting. As a former educator of 10 years, I used equitable practices in my classroom to develop a community built on mutual respect and trust. Students in my classroom understood the purpose and the "why" behind all of our academic work. Together, we grew, evaluated, and improved. It was my priority to form relationships and rapport with my students, to attend their extracurricular events, to ask questions about their interests, and show I truly care about them. I am grateful for my time in the classroom and invaluable skills I learned through my teaching career.
