About Joshua Klein

The story of my professional journey began with over a decade of experience in traditional/digital advertising and social media marketing. Within roles in account management, strategy, and client services I oversaw the full life-cycle of communications for some of the biggest brands in the world. Eager for a new challenge in chapter 2, I spent the following 6 years as the co-owner and operator of a successful pet care and behavioral consultation company. Though our value proposition and end product were drastically different, I was able to directly apply the same work ethic, business principles and prioritization of people I learned coming up within the ad industry. These transferable skills undoubtedly led to our exponential growth.When the pet care industry was fundamentally changed by COVID-19, I took the opportunity to write the draft for chapter 3, by diving head first into a longstanding desire to learn programming. Through that exploration, I discovered that the combination of my extensive business/client services background and my newer technical skills perfectly aligned in the areas of Data Analytics and Quality Assurance. This is especially true in client-facing roles.I achieved my Professional Data Analyst Certification (Python / SQL) from DataCamp in 2023 and promptly began a role as a Test Engineer for a global enterprise QA testing provider. Now in a management role, I focus on combining my business acumen and technical prowess to help my clients improve the quality and performance of their digital products, leading to increased user satisfaction and market success. All in a faster, more scalable and cost-effective manner when compared to traditional QA testing methods.• Human first approach.
