I spent my first three years as head of global business development for technology enabled contract services business with a focus on helping clients transform their sales, procurement and R&D value chains, achieving these results:- Multiple 200% sales growth years - 100% of sales team met or exceeded quota- Led the firms largest and most complex managed service and solutions transactions, including bringing in the largest piece of new business in the history of the corporation- Led the implementation of key sales capabilities including deal strategy, demand generation, lead management, deal qualification and deal governanceMy final assignment was enhancing Axiom's technology enabled contracting offering and launching for entry into new market segments and regions. This included evolving and re-positioning Axiom's leading M&A offering its narrow focus on change of control to a broader post merger integration risk and synergy solution, as well as launching innovative contracts intelligence offering for broader enterprise use cases. In addition in owned the us west region and grew revenue 900% in 2 years. The final chapter concluded with executing a spin off of the contracts intelligence business, marketing the business to investors and forming a joint venture with Lexis Nexis.
