I am an ACCA qualified finance professional with strong business acumen and critical thinking. While to some finance is a function only providing numbers, in my mind it should be a trustworthy business partner, supporting and challenging business, and helping it become more efficient. During my career I have gained experience in various finance areas such as business control and analysis, planning and budgeting, target setting, investment appraisal, asset accounting, process improvement, as well as internal audit. This background now allows me to have holistic view of the business and combine it with my attention to detail, which I find very helpful when leading the finance of the company. I believe that not only my professional knowledge, but also my good inter-personal and communication skills, self-leadership help me achieve what I aim for. I am an ambitious and proactive person who is driven by challenges, constant learning and ability to influence the business and to work hands-on. At the same time, I value positive mind-set, cooperation, and team spirit, while working towards common goal, which in the end is an improved performance of the company.
