Julia Knight’s practice focused on financial institutions regulatory matters. She represented numerous financial institutions in matters related to the structure and scope of regulated activities; non-U.S. banking organizations in the implementation of, and compliance with, the Volcker Rule; and trade associations in their advocacy to government agencies on a range of proposed regulations. She regularly advised on issues related to financial technology. She also advised a variety of filers with respect to resolution planning strategy and documentation. In 2020, she completed a ten month secondment with Credit Suisse's Legal Initiatives and Regulatory Reform Group.
